The Galley

I’ve read that a Galley can function as a quick diner or a gourmet kitchen.  We plan to learn how to use the Galley as well as everything in between.  Also, to learn how to cook many dishes with a variety of recipes based on the available ingredients.  Recently, I ate vanilla vegan cupcake and it was light, fluffy, and delish.  I learned when eggs are not available, I can replace with vinegar.  Pretty cool.  It’s recipes like these I want to be familiar with; using the flexibility to create what we can when we can.
